Medical weight loss involves our supervision and guidance to help you achieve a healthier weight from the comfort of your home, using telehealth. This approach combines personalized medical assessments, nutritional counseling, and, when necessary, prescription medication (delivered to your door) to address weight-related health issues. The focus is on creating sustainable lifestyle changes, promoting overall well-being, and reducing the risks associated with excess weight. Our program is tailored to each individual's needs, considering factors like metabolism, medical history, and lifestyle. We offer body wraps for the stubborn areas, such as abdomen, arms, and thighs. Regular monitoring and support from our professionals to ensure a safe and effective weight loss journey at the comfort of your home. A $50 consultation fee/deposit is required to be paid at scheduling to hold your spot on the schedule. Any client who cancels/reschedules less than 48 hours notice, iMotivate will keep the deposit and you will be asked to put down an additional $50 deposit for your next appointment. All clients who fail to cancel an appointment 48 hours in advance (or who don’t bother to cancel at all) will also be charged $50 to hold their NEXT appointment slot.
