Service Description

Certainly! Chemical peels are cosmetic procedures that involve the application of a chemical solution to the skin to exfoliate and eventually peel off. In our previous discussion on skincare and rejuvenation, chemical peels were highlighted as an effective method for addressing various skin concerns. **Key Points:** 1. **Exfoliation:** Chemical peels promote exfoliation by removing the outer layer of damaged skin. This process reveals a smoother, more even-toned complexion underneath. 2. **Skin Concerns:** Chemical peels can target a range of skin issues, including fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin texture. The depth of the peel determines the extent of skin improvement. 3. **Types of Chemical Peels:** There are different types of chemical peels, classified by their depth – superficial, medium, or deep. Superficial peels are milder and require minimal downtime, while deeper peels may involve a more extended recovery period. 4. **Procedure:** During a chemical peel, a solution is applied to the skin, and the top layers peel off over the next few days to reveal new, rejuvenated skin. The procedure is typically performed by skincare professionals. 5. **Benefits:** Chemical peels stimulate collagen production, promoting skin elasticity and firmness. They can enhance skin texture, reduce the appearance of blemishes, and provide a more youthful appearance. 6. **Post-Treatment Care:** Following a chemical peel, it's essential to follow proper skincare routines and protect the skin from sun exposure. This helps maintain and maximize the results while minimizing potential side effects. Chemical peels can be a valuable component of a comprehensive skincare regimen, contributing to the overall goal of achieving healthier, more radiant skin. Always consult with a qualified skincare professional to determine the most suitable type and depth of chemical peel based on individual skin concerns and goals. A $50 consultation fee/deposit is required to be paid at scheduling to hold your spot on the schedule. Any client who cancels/reschedules less than 48 hours notice, iMotivate will keep the deposit and you will be asked to put down an additional $50 deposit for your next appointment. All clients who fail to cancel an appointment 48 hours in advance (or who don’t bother to cancel at all) will also be charged $50 to hold their NEXT appointment slot.
